DurableDrop – Refund Policy

 

At DurableDrop, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth, worry-free shopping experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care or hygienic items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your package.

Email us at support@:durabledrop28@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or a short video of the issue

Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the issue was our fault).

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time to officially post the refund.

  3. Then contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.

If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@durabledrop.com.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, reach out to us at support@durabledrop28@gmail.com for assistance.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item was defective

For returns due to personal preference (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), return shipping costs are not covered by DurableDrop.

7. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 1–2 hours of placing your order.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We will contact the carrier on your behalf to locate your shipment.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
